But we got some new additions sometime, with some downpipes installed!

The downpipe still needs to be painted.  I hope they aren't as messy as we are in painting these.  The pipes are meant to be Monument in colour.

I think we didn't choose well on the Laundry door colour (the rest of the outdoor timber also goes this colour) so there may be some painting to be done down the track :(
I think the stairs even goes this colour.
Actually now I think about it I may just leave it.  It's only the Laundry door!

We're thinking of offering our neighbour some money to buy the right of way from them.  That way at least we don't have to leave this 4ft space along the side just for the walkway!

I was disappointed to find that there is still no rainwater tank...
